Dear Joel and Eve, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful job you did building our new home. The process went so smoothly from start to finish. You are a joy to work with! We absolutely love our house plan. It turned out exactly how we had envisioned it would. Thank you for your attention to detail, making changes in the initial plans where you thought appropriate, and your patience in making the changes we desired. It was wonderful to work with a custom builder who allowed for deviation from the specified plan. We were grateful for your allowing us access to the house during construction to inspect the work and view the progress, and to then discuss our questions or concerns with you. It was so exciting to see it from beginning to end. Your group of trades are a special bunch. They were always friendly and courteous whenever we would drop in during the day. We appreciate that they always seemed to clean up their mess as they went along. They all did an outstanding job. Finally, upon moving into our new home, it was such a treat that it was all cleaned and ready for us and our belongings.
